Projects: Pardy’s Waste Management Facility

Pardy’s Waste Management’s newest Tank Farm in Mount Pearl is constructed from an American Building’s pre-engineered steel building. The 8,000 sqft building has clear span inside, and a fully heated concrete slab, with the steel erection being completed by our own forces. Northbrook was the Construction Manager for this project, and it was completed under the Cost-Plus model.
