Projects: Choices for Youth – Young Parents Resource Centre

The Choices for Youth’s Young Parents Resource Centre development is a two building, multi-unit housing development for young parents in need. The construction of the building consisted of insulated concrete forms for all exterior and demising walls, combined with wood trusses and interior wood partitions. The exterior of the building was finished with cape cod wood siding. The civil portion of the project included full site development including new service connections, storm drainage system, a new parking lot, sidewalks and green spaces. Northbrook Construction was the General Contractor for the project.
