Process: How We Do It

Our process begins with a consultation where we listen to your needs and goals to understand your vision for the project. From there, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and budget.

We will prepare a preliminary design and from there provide a detailed estimate for your project from start to finish.

Once the proposal is accepted, we begin the design and planning phase, where we work with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop a comprehensive plan that meets your specifications.

During the construction phase, we provide regular updates and progress reports to ensure that you are always informed about the status of your project. Our team works efficiently to complete the project on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Once we receive your invitation to bid, we will review all tender documents and arrange a site visit if necessary to ensure we fully understand the scope of work for the project.

We will complete all necessary material take-offs and compile the necessary labour requirements for the project in addition to working with the subtrades and suppliers to obtain fair pricing for the work required for their specific disciplines all while ensuring a price is submitted by the specified date and time.

We begin by conducting a thorough research on the property and its current condition.  We identify the specific maintenance and management needs of the property, such as repairs, landscaping, tenant relations, lease management, and financial reporting.  We will assess any potential challenges or unique requirements associated with the property.

Once we obtain any specific proposal guidelines or requirements from you, we will develop a comprehensive proposal that addresses the identified needs and requirements.  It will include scope of work, pricing structure, breakdown of tasks, schedules, resources required, and any special terms and conditions.  Once completed, we will arrange a meeting to discuss the proposal in detail.
